2. 진료 및 치료가 끝나면 자기부담금만 지불

 

<제휴병원이 아닌 일반 병원>

1. 신분증(외국인등록증, 여권) 준비

2. 진료 및 치료 후, 프론트에 영수증을 요청(10만원 이상일 경우, 진료비상세내역서 요청/ 입원치료시, 진단서와 초진기록지 추가요청)

3. (약이 필요한 경우) 약국에서 약 받고 영수증 요청

4. 영수증 등의 서류(진료비상세내역서, 진단서, 초진기록지)를 담당자에게 전달 하면 4-5일 이내로 환급 (단, 입원일 경우, 7~10일정도 소요)

 

<영수증 등 서류 전달 방법>

1. 카톡으로 전송 (아픈 부위와 계좌번호 같이 보낼 것)

2. Email로 사진 전송 (아픈 부위와 계좌번호 같이 보낼 것)

    < Insurance >   

<In an affiliated hospital> *Please refer to the affiliated hospital list in the attached file.

1. Submit your passport or Alien registration card to the front desk.

2. After treatment, pay your own charges.

 

<Not in an affiliated hospital, but a general hospital>

1. Bring an ID card (Alien registration card, passport)

2. After treatment, request a receipt(영수증) from the front desk (if it is 100,000 won or more, request for ‘진료비상세내역서’ /in case of being hospitalized, request for ‘진단서’, ‘초진기록지’)

3. (If you need medicine) Get medicine from a pharmacy and request a receipt, too.

4. After documents such as receipts (+ 진료비상세내역서, 진단서, 초진기록지) are delivered to the person in charge of insurance, the refund will be passed off within 4-5 days (in case of hospitalization, it takes 7-10 days).

 

<Take photos and deliver documents such as receipts etc>

<合作医院使用说明> *请参照附件的医院名单。

1. 向门诊出示身份证

2.诊治疗费用直接扣除，不用额外提交材料保险

合作医院为：城西医院与顾医院

 

<非合作医院使用说明>

1. 准备材料（外国人登陆证证或者护照）

2. 诊治疗费用，让医院开发收据（10万韩元以上时，要求提交诊疗紧急税费明细书/住院治疗时，追加申请诊断书和初诊记录书）

3. （购买处方药时）向医院请求开发收据

4. 将收据等文件（诊疗紧急税费明细书、诊断书、初诊记录书），登陆证复印件，存折复印件提交给保险公司负责人，费用将会在4-5天以内（住院需要7~10天）退还到申请账户。

 

<收据等文件提交方法>

1. 用kakaotalk发送（生病情况和存折账号一起发送）
